Minimum Order:
The minimum amount for new orders is $400 inc. tax.  Shipping is extra. No minimum on top up orders

Submitting Orders:
All orders are processed via our website through the ‘Wholesale’ Section.   Once you have been approved as a stockist you will be issued with a discount code which will give you access to our online wholesale prices.

Australian Shipping:
Postage flat rate $25 express post with Australia post within Australia 

Shipping Issues on Online Orders:
Please be sure to double-check your ship-to address is current and correct upon check out.  We cannot be held responsible for shipping address errors.

Turn-Around Time:
Orders are filled and dispatched within 5-6 weeks from the day the order is received.

Reporting Damaged / Incorrect Order:
Please let us know immediately, within 48 hours of receiving your order if damaged, incorrect or contains items which were not ordered.
Once notified we are happy to issue replacement items. All our products are checked for quality before packing,
However we urge you to also inspect all the items in your shipment carefully on arrival. Items not reported to us within this time frame cannot be accepted for return and replacement or refund unless due to extraordinary circumstances.

Returns:
If you are returning a faulty product, please ensure that you contact us by email first explaining the quality issue prior to returning it – ensure that all returned items are in their original packaging. Please treat your return just like a return in your own business.

Backorders:
Only those products which are in stock and available for purchase will be listed on our website. If you would like to order an out of stock product, please contact us via email for an anticipated availability date.

Payment:
We accept Visa, MasterCard and all payments are made securely through our website via PayPal. We do not offer terms or ship COD.

Prices:
Prices shown on our website are the full recommended retail price.  We reserve the right to alter these prices at any time.  If prices are increased all existing orders in the system (including back orders) will be invoiced at the original price at time of order.

Sale Items:
We reserve the right to hold sales on any products via our online store and also sample and second sales at various times.  In these cases these items will be offered to all our trading partners, however we may not be able to offer full margin.

Packaging:
All Keokai products are supplied with unique packaging and relevant product and brand information.
This enhances the product and is to be included with all sales.

Exclusivity:
Approval is needed before becoming a Keokai stockist.  This allows us to determine the proximity of your store to other stockists in the area.  Proximity, exclusivity and suitability will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  This will help us work together as a group ensuring effective sales for all our trading partners.   If a re-order is not received within 6 months of your previous order Keokai will contact you to confirm your desire to continue as a stockist before we seek other opportunities.

Sales Outlets | Website and online sales:
You are only authorised to sell through the retail store or website that you listed on your initial application to Keokai the address given.  Secondary stores must receive prior approval.  Keokai does not allow its products to be sold at online auction sites or through markets without written permission.

Copyright and Images:
Keokai images are subject to copyright.  If you would like to use any of our images for promotional purposes please ask permission first.  We can supply high and low-res images of most products and promotional images.

Privacy Policy:
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will be treated confidentially and will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Keokai.
We do not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing from Keokai
Your credit card details are securely passed to and processed by our Payment Processor, PayPal & Square.

Application to Wholesale:
To further ensure we are only selling to true retailers and online businesses, we ask all potential retailers to complete our wholesale application form. We will carefully review this form and those businesses approved will receive a confirmation email within 7 businesses working days.  We reserve the right to confirm approval or not of those businesses we believe will fit in with the Keokai branding. We will discontinue wholesaling to any trading partners who we believe are not adhering to any of the listed terms and conditions of this agreement.
